Speech-To-Text not free in Free Tier

Hi, the free period of Speech to text is 1 month, and post that it's approx INR 1800 per month. I don't think it will be good to provide these apis in our app for the judging period. For a proposed solution, can we make a .env file in which the judges can add their own Azure Speech to Text api keys, so that our code would function normally when they run and test it?
