Using custom built models or API
Hello, my doubt is if we are supposed to use the API services of Speech, Vision etc or we can custom build our own models or in the Azure ML Studio?

Either is fine! All of those are Azure AI products, so using any of them will satisfy the requirements for this hackathon.
