Hi! If you have friends looking for team members, they would need to indicate it when they register or update their status on the Participants tab.
You can also send other participants messages on the Participants tab: https://azureai.devpost.com/participants and scroll through who is looking for a teammate and click "Send team-up request." Hope that helps!
